Experience
: Minimum 4+ years in training with travel domain exposure
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training sessions on travel processes, systems, and customer service protocols
Develop content and materials aligned with operational and business needs
Conduct new hire and refresher training programs for GDS tools and soft skills
Track training effectiveness and provide performance feedback
Work closely with operations and quality teams to identify knowledge gaps
Keep updated with industry trends, travel products, and customer service best practices
Requirements
:
Minimum 4 years of training experience, preferably in a travel process
Strong working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead training for diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
