Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our MBA, MCA & BBA department, specializing in Personality Development and Soft Skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Personality Development and soft skills development, coupled with a passion for training and mentorship.
Job Role:
Conduct TNI to identify student competency gaps and training goals.
Analyse student needs and placement trends to design industry-relevant, learner-centric content.
Deliver training and evaluation on soft skills, communication, teamwork, time management, aptitude, and reasoning.
Guide students in interview prep, GDs, public speaking, and track effectiveness through feedback and outcomes.
Hold mock interviews, resume workshops, and LinkedIn profile sessions.
Work with the placement cell to align training with industry requirements.
Qualification and Experience:
Graduate or above
Must have minimum 3 years' experience working in similar post.
Candidate working as
Personality development and Soft Skills
trainer will be preferred.
