Roles & Responsibilities

-Pre-Class Preparation: Practice with

the Main Trainer (MT) to align on lesson

plans and teaching strategies.

-Classroom Setup: Arrange the classroom,

organize materials, and check audio/lighting

before each session.

-Classroom Decorum: Help maintain

discipline and ensure a conducive

learning environment.

-Material Management: Prepare, arrange,

and store classroom materials properly for

smooth class execution.

-Bag & Book Distribution: Ensure timely

distribution of required materials to children.

Awareness of Program Flow: Be

well-versed with lesson schedules,

objectives, and weekly plans.

-Child Information: Know children's basic

details, assist new students, provide name

cards, and help them integrate into the class.

-Collaboration with MT: Build a

positive working relationship for smooth

communication and teamwork.

-Classroom Cleanliness: Maintain hygiene,

ensure a tidy space, and reset the room after

each session.

-Weekly Preparation: Organize and

arrange materials in advance to ensure

effective class delivery.

-End-of-Class Clearance: Reset the

classroom post-sessions to keep it ready f

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
