Education & Eligibility:



Minimum 12th Pass, or Graduate, or ITI in Civil Trade

/ Key Responsibilities:



Support the Trainer in conducting skill training sessions and practical demonstrations. Assist in candidate registration, attendance tracking, and documentation. Maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to training, reporting, and record-keeping. Coordinate with stakeholders including trainees, trainers, and project teams to ensure smooth implementation of training programs. Help in managing classroom logistics, training tools, and materials. Support during assessments, placement activities, and other training-related events.

Skills & Attributes:



Basic knowledge of civil or technical trade (preferred). Good communication and coordination skills. Organized, responsible, and proactive in supporting training operations. Willingness to work in field or site-based training environments.

?12,000 - ?20,000 per month
