This role supports our CSR-funded AI/ML Learning Lab, Assistant Trainers will play a hands-on role in day-to-day lab operations and student support.

Assistant Trainers

to support practical sessions, daily lab activities, and student guidance in AI, ML, and Data Analytics. The role involves assisting the Lead Trainer, resolving technical doubts, managing lab infrastructure, and ensuring smooth execution of daily classes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

practical support

during AI/ML and Data Analytics sessions. Assist the Lead Trainer in conducting hands-on labs, coding exercises, and projects. Help students troubleshoot issues related to Python, datasets, tools, and software. Set up lab systems, install required tools, and ensure smooth technical operations. Monitor student progress during practical classes and offer one-to-one support. Maintain daily lab readiness - equipment, systems, networks, and software updates. Support in conducting assessments, quizzes, practice sessions, and project reviews. Maintain attendance, lab records, and practical activity documentation. Help create a supportive and engaging learning environment for all students.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. Basic understanding of: Python programming, Data Analytics fundamentals, Excel / Power BI, Machine Learning basics (preferred) Exposure to AI/ML tools, datasets, or project environments. Ability to guide students with patience and clarity. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills and willingness to support learners. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and teaching interest are welcome.

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
