Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's travel arrangements, including ticketing, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and office schedules.
Serve as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups on behalf of the Director.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Support in planning and execution of events, projects, and official engagements.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
Female, age 30+ preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in executive assistance, coordination, or office management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency a must).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional demeanor, grooming, and ability to represent the office effectively.
