Assistant to the CEO
. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong administrative and communication skills to support the CEO in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the CEO's
Google Calendar
, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
Handle
Microsoft Workspace
(Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) for documentation, reports, and presentations.
Arrange
flight and hotel bookings
, ensuring seamless travel plans.
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist with email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion at all times.
Support with general administrative tasks and office management duties as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience
as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Workspace
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Strong familiarity with
Google Calendar
and scheduling tools.
Experience in handling
flight and hotel bookings
.
Excellent English communication skills
- both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in assisting C-level executives.
Background in a corporate or startup environment.
Ability to adapt and handle dynamic work requirements.
