We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to provide executive support to the Sales Director. The Assistant to Sales Director will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, preparing reports, and ensuring seamless communication between the Sales Director, clients, and internal teams. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and strategic support to the Sales Director in daily operations.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare sales presentations, business reports, and performance dashboards.
Maintain and update sales data, pipeline trackers, and CRM systems.
Act as a liaison between the Sales Director, sales team, and other departments.
Draft, proofread, and manage business correspondence, proposals, and agreements.
Support in planning and execution of sales campaigns, client meetings, and events.
Track sales targets and prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly performance summaries.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the Sales Director.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or similar role (2-5 years).
Strong knowledge of sales processes, reporting, and client management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
