Job Summary:



The Assistant to the Sales Director provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Sales Director. This role plays a key part in streamlining sales processes, coordinating team activities, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication between departments, clients, and the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and email correspondence. Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of sales materials, pricing updates, and promotional content. Support in the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns. Maintain records of client interactions, contracts, and relevant documentation. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely completion. Conduct market research and competitor analysis as required. Assist in onboarding and coordination with the sales team members. Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders on behalf of the Sales Director.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1+ years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably in a sales or business development environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in working with sales teams or within a target-driven environment. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
