We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to the Operations Manager to support our growing operations.

Job Summary:The Assistant to the Operations Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, coordinating with production, procurement, and logistics teams, and ensuring smooth functioning across departments. This role is vital for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating production schedules, inventory control, and supply chain activities. Monitor daily operations and ensure alignment with company targets and delivery timelines. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to track orders, deliveries, and stock levels. Support documentation for work orders, material movement, compliance, and quality standards. Generate operational reports, including production output, inventory status, and performance metrics. Coordinate internal team communication and assist with inter-departmental tasks. Support the implementation of process improvements and lean manufacturing practices. Assist with ERP data entries, purchase orders, and stock records.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred). Freshers can apply
Preferred Qualifications:

Background in engineering or manufacturing (especially plastic or automotive industries). Knowledge of lean principles or ISO documentation is a plus.
