Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the HOD with daily schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.

Prepare reports, presentations, and departmental documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams and departments as required.

Maintain records, files, and confidential information accurately.

Help in planning departmental activities and tracking progress.

Manage communication (emails, calls, notices) on behalf of the HOD.

Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any stream. (Business, Commerce, or related field preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years preferred (Fresher's with good communication and computer skills can also apply).

Skills:


u Good communication skills. (written and verbal)

u Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

u Basic knowledge of MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

u Professional attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

u Prior experience in a similar role or in administration is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
