About the Role



As an

Executive Assistant

, you will act as the strategic support system to senior leadership by managing schedules, coordinating communication, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of leadership. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Coordinate and follow up on key projects, ensuring timely execution. Support in business research, data compilation, and drafting correspondence. Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and documentation. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and alignment. Anticipate executive needs and proactively provide support.
