Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Administrative & Secretarial Support



Manage Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes of meetings (MoM) Draft, review, and manage official emails, letters, and documents Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents

2. Coordination & Communication



Act as a liaison between the Director and internal departments (Production, HR, Purchase, Accounts, Sales, etc.) Follow up on action points and deadlines assigned by the Director Coordinate internal and external meetings, audits, and reviews Handle communication with clients, vendors, consultants, and auditors as required

3. Reporting & MIS



Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review Compile data related to production, projects, HR, finance, and operations Assist in preparing presentations for board meetings and reviews

4. Operational & Strategic Support



Support the Director in monitoring ongoing projects and key initiatives Track performance indicators and highlight deviations or delays Assist in implementation of company policies, SOPs, and management decisions

5. Confidentiality & Compliance



Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO requirements, and statutory norms

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good documentation and report preparation skills Time management and multitasking High level of integrity and discretion

Qualifications & Experience



Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (Manufacturing/Engineering industry preferred) Exposure to senior management support is an advantage
