Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Assistant to the Chief Collaboration Officer (CCO)
to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate key activities, and support marketing, communication, and branding initiatives. This role is ideal for a fresher who is organized, enthusiastic, and eager to build a career in ESG, sustainability, corporate strategy, and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CCO in managing daily schedules, meetings, and communications.
Support marketing and branding efforts, including content coordination, social media updates, and campaign tracking.
Draft, format, and proofread emails, reports, presentations, and other internal/external communication materials.
Maintain and organize office records, project documents, and filing systems.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for meetings, calls, and events.
Assist in planning and managing travel, logistics, and expense tracking.
Track action items, follow-ups, and project updates to ensure timely execution.
Support ESG-related documentation, client communications, and collaboration initiatives.
Contribute to marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and corporate communications.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates welcome).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interest in ESG, sustainability, corporate strategy, marketing, or branding is a plus.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
