Work efficiently on GDS (Amadeus/Galileo).
Check fare rules, baggage, schedules, and ensure correct fare application.
Customer Service
Handle client queries professionally and provide travel solutions.
Assist during flight changes/disruptions and maintain high client satisfaction.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with airlines/consolidators for fares, waivers, and special requests.
Ensure accurate invoicing, zero discrepancies, and timely report submission.
Sales & Revenue Support
Upsell ancillaries (seats, insurance, add-ons).
Compare fares, negotiate, and track promotions to improve margins.
Process Improvement
Suggest process enhancements and reduce manual errors.
Keep updated with airline policies, IATA guidelines, and visa rules.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily MIS, weekly summaries, and maintain proper digital records with zero data loss.
Requirements (Short Summary):
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of ticketing experience, including 1-2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong GDS proficiency (especially Galileo).
Excellent knowledge of fare rules, ticketing procedures, and airline operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience handling group bookings and corporate travel.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
