Job Description

1. Planning, forecasting and analyzing Market demand and student Trends. Presentation, Marketing of promotional materials, advertisements, campaigns, conducting and participating in exhibitions, college presentations and provide reports. Should be able to execute, and monitor the successful student recruitment. 2. Suggest action plans when things are deviating from the standard or actual goals. Provide first line of contact with parents, prospective students and other business associates. 3. Establishing and maintaining good rapport with prospective students. 4. Provide weekly progress reports on student counseling, enquiry follow-ups, and application filing and student responses. 5. Initiate, organize successfully participate in university / college / academy spot admissions and provide report on each university / college / academy visits. Reporting to the Management on MIS regarding successful recruitment of students. 6. Maintain, implement and develop an institution\'s learning management system (LMS). 7. Required to create and execute a detailed plan for LMS growth and improvement. 8. Upgrading the system to maximize functionality to uploading new content (IT technology) to achieve the online training objectives. 9. Collaborate with other departments to fine-tune the online training strategy 10. Co-ordinat with Studnets for Admission, Payment of fees, Setting up Online exams till Certifications. 11. Assists in the creation and management of technical training programs for Web-based training programs, Workshops, Seminars and other courses. Coordinating with the all Students/clients for the process of work & maintain accurate records. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 918,000.00 per month Schedule:
