Position Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Assistant Tender Executive

to support our tendering operations, with a special focus on

GeM (Government e-Marketplace) tenders

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of bids, while ensuring seamless coordination with the sales team and other internal departments.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in

identifying, monitoring, and tracking tenders

(especially GeM portal tenders) relevant to the company's products and services. Support in

preparing technical and financial documents

, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender requirements. Coordinate with the

sales team

to gather inputs, pricing, and necessary approvals for timely submission. Maintain proper

documentation, records, and databases

of all submitted tenders, status updates, and results. Assist in

communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams

regarding clarifications and follow-ups. Ensure compliance with all

legal, financial, and technical requirements

while preparing bids. Provide

post-tender support

, including clarifications, negotiations, and documentation. Work closely with the

tender manager or senior executives

to ensure timely and successful tender participation.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in tendering, sales coordination, or back-office operations (experience with GeM portal preferred). Strong knowledge of

tender processes, bidding procedures, and government procurement systems

. Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

and internet-based applications. Detail-oriented with strong

organizational and documentation

skills. Ability to

work under deadlines

and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
