Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Assistant Technician -Receiving to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.

In this role , you will be responsible for reportprocessing, invoicing, filing, and sample receiving etc.

This position will be based in Ghatkopar West in Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Sample collection and delivery
• Coordinate with laboratory operational staff to ensure accurate and appropriate information in order to deliver exceptional reporting standards
• Ensure every report has been approved by the laboratory manager/supervisor before transferring to reports dispatch and ensure delivery of the reports
• Ensure the sales team and receptionist are kept informed of reporting delays or early fulfilments to ensure clients are kept up to date
• Followup for additional sales with the customers
• Ensure all reporting registers and administrational procedures are kept up to date and maintained
• Contribute to the organization of the central filing system ensuring effective management of all reporting correspondence and archive documentation
• Maintain the daily cleaning and housekeeping of the sample collection area and the allocated vehicle

Skills / Qualifications

• Diploma holder / graduate with excellent communicatioin in English
• Relevant experience within an office environment would be advantageous
• Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently , under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
