2. Accurate Diagnosis
Ensure correct fault finding to reduce repeat Mobile repairs caused by poor initial diagnostics.
3. Use Genuine Repair Process
Follow approved methods and use genuine spare parts for all repairs.
4. Maintain Repair Quality
Ensure mobile repairs meet quality standards - correct tools, proper assembly, and working parts.
5. Tool Care
Maintain, calibrate, and use all tools (e.g., soldering stations, mustimeters') properly and safely.
6. Problem Solving
Diagnose and fix any technical issue with mobile devices or repair equipment.
7. Follow ESD Safety
Always use ESD tools like wrist straps and mats to protect devices from static damage.
8. Report Bugs or Issues
Report any bugs or problems in quality, software, or team processes.
9. Meet Repair Time Targets
Aim to complete repairs within the 1-hour target and reduce time gaps.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree.
4-5 years of experience in mobile repair or technical support.
Basic understanding of Android OS and mobile device architecture.
Familiarity with service center tools and ESD safety equipment.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Strong interest in mobile technology and repairs.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of mobile diagnostics tools and software.
Team player with a learning attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
