Who We Are: SRC Cyber Solutions LLP, is part of an 80+ years business house in India, that has recently diversified into NexGen and innovative Cyber Security Solutions for the Indian/Global markets. Currently, we are partnering with AUTOMOX (Patch and Endpoint Management), IRONSCALES (Email Security), THREATX (WAF++), CIRCADENCE CORPORATION (Cyber Education). Our Partners are leaders in their respective technologies, and we will be adding more technologies in 2022. Our Clients: Big4 and Big6 Cyber Advisories/Global Service Providers/MSSPs in India and APAC/MiddleEast and Africa/System Integrators/Enterprises and Channel Partners Who You Are: You are driven, self-motivated, and have a strong desire to achieve the company’s growth goals. What You Will Do: As our Manager for Technical Support, you will implement our Solutions and provide technical support to our Clients (Enterprise/MSSP/MSP) and Partners along with providing exceptional service and support. Core Responsibilities Include:

• Work cross-functionally with Clients (Enterprise/MSSP/MSP) and Channel Partners organizations.
• Function as a subject matter expert on topics relevant to the cybersecurity ecosystem, including various vendor solutions, platforms, integrations, and competitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

What We Need from You:

• 5+ years in Technical Support for IT Security Solutions.
• A MUST - Very good communication skills in English and Hindi
• A MUST- Experience in cybersecurity with strong technical knowledge and on SaaS Platforms.
• A MUST- Technically very strong including implementation and support for:

• • • EDRs and Endpoint Management Solutions (similar to CrowdStrike/SentinelOne/Trend Micro/Symantec/Cortex/ ManageEngine/Ivanti/SCCM/similar)
    • Admin knowledge of Azure Active Directory/O365 (Microsoft365)/GWS (Google Workspace)

• Worked with an OEM/large VADs or SIs/Big4 Cyber Advisory.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Highly efficient, with strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working closely with direct Clients (Enterprise/MSSP/MSP), channel Partners and our global technology Partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Tech (Computer Science) or higher
