Job Description

Need an Assistant Technical Manager for overseeing ongoing upgradation projects for a residential Apartment complex in Gurgaon.

Should be able to manage the contractor labour and meet timelines and quality standards.

The person should have experience in a similar job at a facility management company or at a hotel.

Pleasing personality and ability to handle residents demands politely is important.

Will report to the Technical Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹36,356.17 - ₹50,000.00 per month
