Qualifications: B tech In civil Engineering/Diploma In Civil Engineering

Age Limit : Between 25-40

Core Responsibilities

Project Planning and Design:

Assisting in the creation of project plans, technical drawings, and specifications. This often involves using computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop detailed layouts and schematics.

Site Supervision and Inspection:

Regularly visiting construction sites to monitor progress, ensure work aligns with technical drawings and specifications, and perform quality control checks on materials and construction methods.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintaining meticulous records of project progress, material usage, and on-site activities. They prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior engineers and other stakeholders.

Cost Estimation:

Assisting with the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for projects by calculating the quantities of materials and labor needed.

Technical and Operational Duties

Technical Support:

Providing hands-on support for various technical tasks, including material testing (e.g., concrete slump tests) and ensuring all work adheres to industry standards and building codes, such as the Indian Standards (IS) codes.

Safety and Compliance:

Implementing and enforcing safety protocols on-site, ensuring all workers are using proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and that the project complies with all environmental and safety regulations.

Coordination:

Acting as a key link between senior engineers, contractors, and on-site laborers. They help in resolving technical issues that arise during the construction phase and ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Surveying and Data Collection:

Assisting with surveying tasks to collect data on site conditions, topography, and existing structures, which is then used for design and planning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
