Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Guide team members in lead calling, follow-ups, and conversion techniques.
Handle escalated calls and ensure a smooth communication process with prospects.
Maintain CRM records and monitor team performance.
Conduct training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
Coordinate with the marketing and counseling teams for campaign updates and feedback.
Ensure a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
2-5 years of experience
in tele sales / telemarketing / academic counseling / team handling.
Proven experience in
lead conversion and team coordination

Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
