Lead and manage sales team to achieve targets.
Drive secondary and primary sales in assigned territory.
Ensure product visibility and availability in retail & distributor network.
Train and motivate team on Ayurvedic product knowledge and sales pitch.
Maintain reports and coordinate with management for market strategies.
Requirements:
Graduate, preferably with experience in Ayurvedic/Pharma/FMCG sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
