The Assistant Team Lead - Sales (Visa Process) will support the team lead in managing the visa sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the processing team. The role involves overseeing day-to-day sales activities, achieving targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the visa application process.
Managing and supervising the visa sales team.
Achieve team sales targets within the assigned timelines.
Guide and support team members in handling client inquiries, documentation, and application follow-ups.
Ensure accurate communication of visa requirements, procedures, and timelines to clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely visa processing.
Identify potential clients, generate leads, and build long-term business relationships.
Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Handle escalated client concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain updated knowledge of visa policies, embassy regulations, and processing updates.
Prepare sales and performance reports for management review.
