Job Description

Support the Team Lead in daily operations including first-mile, mid-mile, or last-mile logistics. Supervise a team of delivery associates, warehouse staff, or sorting executives depending on the function. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist in shift planning and roster management. Help in resolving team conflicts and promoting team motivation. Provide basic training and support to new staff. Assist in handling inbound/outbound shipments, sorting, scanning, and inventory management. Support in conducting regular quality checks and audits. Update management on daily operations through MIS reports. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as customer service, transport, and tech support.
