team, we are looking for an Assistant Team Coach to help lead, guide, and support our dynamic sales

team in achieving their targets.

As an Assistant Team Coach, you will work closely with the Team Leader to manage and develop a team

of sales agents. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team meets performance goals, maintains

high morale, and provides exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in BPO

or call center environments and is passionate about coaching and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

? Team Coaching and Support:

? Assist the Team Leader in coaching and mentoring a team of 30+ sales agents, ensuring they

stay motivated, engaged, and focused on achieving their sales targets.

? Provide one-on-one support to agents, addressing performance gaps and helping them improve

their sales techniques and communication skills.

? Offer regular feedback to agents on their performance, highlighting areas of improvement and

celebrating successes.

? Sales Performance Management:

? Support in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team.

? Help track team progress against targets and provide real-time support to address any

performance challenges.

? Monitor and analyze individual and team performance metrics to identify trends and areas for

improvement.

? Training and Development:

? Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's sales skills, product knowledge, and customer

service techniques.

? Support new agent onboarding and help integrate them into the sales environment.

? Lead skill-building workshops and assist in creating ongoing training programs to ensure agents

stay up to date on product offerings and sales best practices.

? Motivation and Engagement:

? Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages high performance and team

collaboration.

? Organize team-building activities and recognition programs to keep morale high and encourage

a strong team culture.

? Provide guidance on managing customer interactions professionally while maintaining empathy

and a solutions-driven approach.

? Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

? Monitor team performance using CRM, call tracking, and dialer systems, ensuring adherence to

company sales processes and quality standards.

? Assist in generating regular performance reports to management, highlighting team

achievements, areas for improvement, and strategies for future success.

? Support the implementation of strategies to improve call quality, customer engagement, and

overall sales outcomes.

? Collaboration with Leadership:

? Work closely with the Team Leader and other stakeholders to align team goals with company

objectives.

? Provide insights and feedback on team performance, suggesting new approaches to sales,

customer service, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree.

? Field experience in agriculture is a plus but not mandatory.

? 2-3 years of experience in a BPO, call center, or contact center environment, with at least 1 year

in a supervisory or coaching role.

? Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Gujarati and Hindi (spoken and

written), and strong English writing skills.

? Familiarity with sales dialer systems and CRM tools.

? Ability to work flexible shifts as required.
