Associate Teachers / Assistant Teachers

Key Responsibilities

Support the Lead Teacher in planning and delivering engaging classroom lessons Assist in classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment Help in preparing lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and assessments Provide individual attention and academic support to students as required Assist in evaluating students' work and maintaining academic records Supervise students during class activities, breaks, and school events Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school administration Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and co-curricular activities Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of students

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree

in relevant subject

B.Ed. is Mandatory

Strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude Good communication and interpersonal skills Passion for teaching and working with children

Preferred Skills

Prior teaching experience in CBSE / ICSE reputed schools Ability to use smart boards and digital teaching tools Creative, patient, and student-focused approach
