Assistant Teachers

with excellent English communication skills and prior experience in handling

Grade 1 and 2

students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early education and committed to fostering a supportive and creative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students' individual learning needs.

Conduct interactive classroom activities that promote active learning and student participation. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student curiosity and creativity. Plan and conduct daily art and craft activities to support creative development. Organize students into small groups to enhance social learning and collaborative skills. Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and concerns. Address parent feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Support lead teachers in daily classroom management and instructional activities.

Requirements:

Prior teaching experience with Grade 1 and 2 students is mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to engage young learners and manage classroom dynamics effectively. Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds. A positive attitude, patience, and a team-oriented mindset.
