Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, motivated, and organized

Assistant Teacher

to support classroom instruction and help create a positive learning environment for students. The Assistant Teacher will work closely with the Lead Teacher to support academic activities, classroom management, and student development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and delivering lessons Support students individually or in small groups Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe learning environment Prepare classroom materials and learning resources Supervise students during class activities, breaks, and transitions Assist with grading, record-keeping, and student progress tracking Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents when required Support students with special needs as directed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma required; teaching certification or education coursework preferred Previous experience working with children is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for education Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Basic computer and organizational skills
