Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons and activities Provide individual or small group instruction to reinforce learning concepts Supervise students in the classroom, playground, and other areas to ensure safety and engagement Prepare classroom materials and organize supplies Support classroom management and help maintain a structured learning environment Assist in assessing and tracking student progress Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required

Qualifications and Skills:

Passion for working with children and supporting their educational growth Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with teaching staff Basic organizational and classroom management abilities Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a classroom or educational setting is a plus Basic computer skills
