Job Summary

The Assistant Teacher will primarily be responsible for

taking care of children

, supporting their emotional, social, and physical development, and assisting in day-to-day classroom activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are caring, patient, and passionate about working with children.

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive supervision and care to children throughout the day Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Support children with basic needs including meals, hygiene, and nap times Monitor student behavior and well-being, and report any concerns to the lead teacher Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where each child feels valued Engage children in creative play, storytelling, and interactive learning Accompany children during outdoor play and school events Communicate effectively with teachers and parents when required

Qualifications

Any degree Prior experience working with young children is an advantage Strong communication skills in English and local language Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in child development Basic understanding of classroom safety and hygiene protocols
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
