Role & Responsibilities

Assist in planning and delivering lessons as per the CBSE curriculum and guidelines. Support the lead teacher in classroom management and academic activities. Ensure effective implementation of lesson plans and learning outcomes. Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment. Evaluate students' work, maintain academic records, and assist in assessments. Participate in co-curricular activities, school events, and staff meetings. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Follow school policies, CBSE norms, and child safety guidelines.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Graduate/Post Graduate in the relevant subject. B.Ed / D.El.Ed (as per CBSE norms). CTET qualification preferred. Prior teaching experience in a CBSE school will be an advantage. Freshers can apply.

Key Skills & Competencies

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and student development. Good classroom management and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in using smart boards and basic educational technology.
