Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with classroom activities:

This includes preparing materials, helping with lesson plans, and participating in activities alongside the children.

Supervising children:

Ensuring the safety and well-being of children during playtime, transitions, and other activities.

Maintaining a safe and clean environment:

This includes tidying up the classroom, organizing materials, and ensuring a healthy and hygienic space.

Supporting children with special needs:

Providing extra assistance and attention to children who may require it.

Communicating with parents and staff:

Sharing information about children's progress and addressing any concerns.

Participating in school events:

Attending field trips and other preschool events.

Assisting with administrative tasks:

Helping with record-keeping, preparing materials for activities, and other tasks as assigned by the lead teacher.

Working with young children requires a calm and patient demeanor.

Communication skills:

Effectively communicating with children, parents, and other staff members.
