Role Overview
The Assistant Teacher supports the main classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education and ensuring a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment for students. The role involves instructional support, classroom management, and helping with the overall academic and emotional development of students.
Key Responsibilities
1. Classroom Support
Assist the main teacher in planning and delivering daily lessons.
Support students during class activities, group work, and projects.
Help maintain discipline and ensure smooth classroom functioning.
2. Student Support
Provide individual or small-group assistance to students who need extra help.
Encourage positive behaviour and help students develop social and emotional skills.
3. Administrative & Organizational Tasks
Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom resources.
Help maintain records, attendance, and student files.
Support in setting up classrooms and learning environments.
4. School Activities
Assist in school events, assemblies, field trips, and extracurricular programs.
Participate in training sessions, meetings, and professional development programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
