Assistant Teacher (Commerce Stream)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team and guide students from Std.V- XII and competitive exam foundation courses.

Job Responsibilities:

Teach subjects under the Commerce stream (Maths, Accounts, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, etc.)
Ensure lesson preparedness before each class, including explanations, question-answers, and relevant examples.
Conduct regular tests, assessments, and provide constructive feedback to students.
Maintain class discipline and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.
Work in alignment with academy guidelines and ensure syllabus completion at least one week before examinations.
Track academic progress of students and communicate effectively with parents when required.
Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / CA / CS / ICWA background preferred).
Min.1 year teaching experience mandatory.
Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain concepts clearly.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Commitment to maintaining discipline and academic progress.

Location: Limelight Academy, Meera Crystal, Office No.9, Near Aryan's World School , Undri, Pune 411060

Timings: Mon-Sat 4:30pm to 8:30pm (Part-time)

Remuneration: Rs.8,000 to Rs.10,000/-per month
