About the Role
We are hiring a
Assistant Supervisor
Production
to support daily production activities, packing and dispatch coordination in football section and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Production Manager / Sr. Production Supervisor in planning and maintaining production data
Coordinate raw materials, machine parts, packing materials, and carton stock with Stores
Ensure finished goods are packed, labeled, documented, and shifted to RFG on time
Check daily dispatches and related records
Allocate work to operators/helpers and maintain shop-floor discipline
Monitor efficiency, reduce wastage and downtime
Ensure safety and 5S compliance on the shop floor
Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing teams for timely order completion
Identify production issues, suggest improvements, and plan work in advance
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in production or dispatch coordination
Good knowledge of shop-floor operations and production processes
Basic knowledge of packing, labeling, and dispatch
Proficiency in MS Office
Good communication and coordination skills
