Job Description

:

(a) Oversee the progress of all construction & maintenance works.

(b) Ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

(c) Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures

(d) Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process

(e) Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits

(f) Ready to supervise various site in and around Ernakulam.

(g) Have adequate knowledge in engineering terms and have proficiency in using MS Office.

Qualification

: B.Tech Civil/ Diploma in Civil Engineering/ ITI-Civil

Autocad

Age:

22-45

Experience

: Minimum 5 years desirable.

Pay

: From Rs.25,000 per month, Negotiable according to experience.
