Job Description

Store managers are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail store, which includes managing staff, handling inventory and sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Their key duties involve strategic planning for sales and budgets, staff development through hiring and training, and maintaining store standards for appearance and safety. Staff management

Hiring, training, and scheduling employees. Providing performance feedback, conducting evaluations, and handling disciplinary issues. Motivating the team to achieve sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Financial and sales management

Developing and managing the store's budget and tracking expenses. Analyzing sales data to identify trends and set performance goals. Implementing sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives. Monitoring profitability and identifying areas for cost improvement.
Inventory and store operations

Ensuring proper stock levels, ordering new products, and managing inventory. Managing the store's physical appearance, including layout, cleanliness, and visual merchandising. Maintaining compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
Customer service

Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive shopping experience. Building relationships with customers and ensuring staff provide excellent service.
