Staff Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and supervise sales associates, ensuring they meet duties and targets. This includes providing training on products, sales techniques, and customer service.
Inventory Control:
Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and optimizing stock options to meet customer demand.
Customer Experience:
Create a welcoming environment, ensure exceptional customer service, and resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Operations & Administration:
Manage day-to-day store operations, maintain store aesthetics, and handle administrative and financial functions according to guidelines.
Marketing & Compliance:
Implement marketing strategies and ensure the store adheres to brand standards and corporate guidelines.
