Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Retail Store Manager (Female)

to lead our showroom operations in Ghitorni. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, sales-driven, and capable of managing all aspects of the store--from team supervision to client engagement and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the retail store Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction Communicate effectively with clients, interior designers, builders, and vendors Coordinate and conduct site visits for furniture placement and measurements Manage inbound and outbound sales Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients Handle retail loss prevention and inventory management Meet sales targets and deadlines

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail store management role Prior experience in the furniture industry is a strong advantage Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English Ability to multitask and work under pressure Understanding of retail sales principles and customer engagement strategies Knowledge of furniture layout and placement for home settings Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
