Job Description

Inventory Strategy:

Define Safety Stock, ROP/MOQ, and replenishment logic. Align planning with sales, promotions, and new launches.

Multi-Warehouse Leadership:

Oversee all Inbound Operations (GRN, QC, Put-away). Create and execute centralized replenishment and allocation plans across B2C, B2B, and Quick Commerce channels.

Stock Accuracy (Target 99%+):

Own all Cycle Count, Audit, and Reconciliation processes. Lead RCA/CAPA for variances and ensure ERP hygiene/traceability.

Warehouse Efficiency:

Manage storage capacity and space planning. Implement ABC/velocity-based slotting and optimize layouts.

System & Analytics:

Master use of ERP/WMS. Ensure compliance (scanning, FIFO/FEFO). Build dashboards (Excel/Power BI) for stock health, ageing, and accuracy.

Leadership:

Lead and mentor the warehouse inventory and cycle count teams. Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Logistics.
Required

2-6 years E-commerce Inventory/Operations experience.

Mandatory:

Advanced Excel and strong ERP/WMS knowledge. Ability to perform under pressure during peak sales.
