Assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, ensuring proper staffing, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Staff Management:
Supervising and supporting store staff, including training, scheduling, and managing attendance.
Inventory Management:
Monitoring stock levels, ordering new merchandise, and ensuring proper inventory control to minimize losses.
Sales and Profitability:
Contributing to sales goals by implementing promotional activities, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Compliance:
Ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed, including safety regulations and legal requirements.
