Role Overview

The

Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day retail operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the store, leading the team, maintaining hygiene standards, driving sales, and delivering superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputize in their absence. Supervise staff schedules, attendance, and task allocation. Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and replenishments. Monitor hygiene, safety, and compliance standards on the shop floor. Help train new employees and ensure smooth team coordination. Engage with customers to resolve queries and enhance their shopping experience. Track sales performance and support initiatives to boost revenue.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline (Retail / Hospitality background preferred).

Experience

:

ASM / CSA : 0-5 years in retail / F&B / QSR experience. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Ability to handle operational challenges and customer escalations effectively. Knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and retail SOPs. Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.
