Job Role: Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

2. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and maximize sales performance.

3. Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

4. Monitor sales performance through KPIs, analyze trends, and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.

5. Drive new business opportunities through workshops, lead generation and upselling initiatives.

6. Collaborate with digital marketing team and operations teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and weekly effectively.

7. Manage customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and brand standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

2. Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in retail, FMCG, or B2C industries.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.

4. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

5. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

6. Proficiency in CRM tools, POS systems, and MS Office applications.

7. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability and strategic thinking.

8. Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
