: To ensure the efficient management of all store operations--including inventory control, material handling, space utilization, safety compliance, and inter-departmental coordination
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate stock levels, manage inward/outward movement, conduct cycle counts, and handle rejections/returns.
2. Ensure proper receipt, safe storage, and timely issuance of materials as per production/department needs.
3. Maximize storage space utilization, monitor non-moving stock, and implement FIFO/FEFO practices.
4. Maintain updated records (GRN, stock reports, issue logs) and ensure adherence to safety, ESD, and company compliance norms.
5. Supervise store staff, assign duties, ensure adherence to SOPs, and coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality teams.
6. Operate WMS/software for tagging, labeling, and reporting. Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management.
Educational Qualification:
Graduation any
Experience:
More than 3 years of experience in store department
Compensation: 25000-30000
