Position: Assistant Manager - Stores

Location: Silvassa (Dadra Nagar Haweli)

Requisites:

Graduate in Science/Pharmacy or related field Postgraduate/MBA (Supply Chain/Operations) is preferred

7 years of experience

in managing store function pharma industry. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical store practices and GMP guidelines Proficiency in

ERP systems

(SAP, Oracle, etc.) Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to manage a team and coordinate across departments Familiarity with material safety data sheets (MSDS) and hazardous material handling Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables as per SOPs and GMP norms. Maintain proper documentation of all store activities (GRN, stock register, bin cards, etc.) as per regulatory requirements. Ensure proper storage conditions, segregation of materials, and FIFO/FEFO practices. Monitor and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid stockouts or excess inventory. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with ERP records. Coordinate with QA/QC, production, and procurement departments for material requirements and clearances. Ensure compliance with

safety guidelines

in all store operations. Handle vendor returns, material rejections, non-conforming products, and expired stock as per SOP. Train and supervise store assistants and ensure adherence to operational protocols. Participate in internal and external audits (e.g., USFDA, WHO, MHRA) and ensure readiness.
