Job Description

Inventory Management:

Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for damage and accuracy, and reconcile with purchase orders. Record the receipt and issue of materials to maintain accurate stock levels and bin cards. Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure data accuracy. Manage stock levels and replenish items as needed, ordering new stock when necessary. Implement inventory control procedures and ensure proper labeling and tracking of items.

Storage and Organization:

Arrange and store materials, equipment, and supplies in designated locations according to weight, temperature, size, and safety precautions. Ensure the store or warehouse is kept neat, clean, and orderly. Optimize space utilization within the storage area.

Documentation and Reporting:

Document all inventory movements accurately. Prepare reports on stock levels and discrepancies. Generate material received reports (MRR) and ensure proper completion of purchase order documentations Work with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure operational efficiency.

Pay: ?13,111.61 - ?25,000.00 per month
