Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Assistant Store Manager

to join our team at our fast-paced Pizza & Wings location. As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead a team of enthusiastic employees. Your leadership will be key to maintaining quality food, a clean store, and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management Help manage inventory, place orders, and control food and labor costs Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and customers Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions Open and close the store as needed Perform cashier duties, food prep, and other tasks as required during busy shifts

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
