Role Overview:

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, sales performance, and customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who balances people skills with operational discipline and can step in as the store lead when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day store operations and floor activities Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and help drive revenue growth Maintain inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards Prepare daily reports and assist with audits and compliance Act as Store Manager in their absence
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate or equivalent qualification 2-5 years of experience in retail/store operations Strong leadership and team-handling skills Good communication and problem-solving ability Sales-driven mindset with basic knowledge of KPIs Comfortable with billing systems, POS, and MS Excel
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
